Black Ops Browser — Find Black Ops Games You Can Play Online

Looking for Black Ops in your browser? Several fan-made projects are circulating online, and they do not all offer the same experience. The most discussed option focuses on classic Black Ops Zombies rounds. Other browser projects recreate a specific map or experiment with Black Ops II-style first-person shooting. Start by choosing the game mode, not just the title on a thumbnail.

Quick answer

If you want to survive waves of zombies, choose BO1 Zombies. If you want a short match against opponents or bots, look at the Black Ops II-inspired FPS project. Each option has different controls, hardware requirements and limits, and none of them should be mistaken for an official Activision browser release.

Your call

Desktop browser with keyboard and mouse recommended.

Play options: what is actually different?

These projects were made by different people and do not offer the same experience. Choose the kind of match you want before you choose a link.

BO1 Zombies browser (multi-map)

Round-based Zombies

Ten classic maps in one selection menu

The BO1 browser project reported in October 2026 offers a selection of ten classic Zombies maps. Your objective is to stay alive as rounds increase, earning points and spending them to open areas or improve your chances. The reported version is aimed at desktop browsers with keyboard and mouse. Treat its live multiplayer, controller and save features as separate verification questions rather than expecting everything from the original console or PC title.

A Hijacked-inspired arena

A separate fan reconstruction, Claude of Duty: Vibe Slops II, is a Three.js FPS environment built on a Hijacked map export. It is a different product from BO1 Zombies, with match-oriented gameplay rather than wave survival, and it should not be presented as the complete Black Ops II multiplayer or Zombies package.

You may also see individual Kino der Toten or Moon projects and Zombies-inspired browser games in online lists. Those are not additional links to the same BO1 port. Compare the developer, map scope, keyboard or touch support and play status before opening one.

Project status: reported, not verified

Both projects above are documented by third parties or by their own authors. We have not yet completed an in-game check on either one, so nothing here is presented as verified.

Choose your Zombies map

The ten-map BO1 selection reported by coverage includes Kino der Toten, Five, Ascension, Call of the Dead, Shangri-La, Moon, Nacht der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese.

Those names are a useful selection guide, but a map's original-game features are not automatically evidence that every mechanic has been reproduced in the browser project.

Choose by your preferred pace and familiarity rather than assuming one route is always easiest.

Before launching: a one-minute setup check

A game that opens a landing menu may still fail to start a map. Check these five things before you decide a build is broken.

  1. Use a current desktop browser. The best-known BO1 project is reported as desktop-oriented, so a phone is not a fair test of it.
  2. Let the first resource load finish. The first session transfers and prepares assets, and a slow start is not the same as a failure.
  3. Click inside the game only when it prompts you. That is what captures the mouse, and Esc is what gives it back.
  4. Turn on browser graphics acceleration. It can make a large difference, but it does not guarantee your device meets every graphics requirement.
  5. If the game is blocked inside a frame, open the approved source in its own tab instead.

If you hit a black screen, a stalled progress message or unplayably low FPS, do not reload repeatedly without reading the error first.

Is this an official Call of Duty website?

No. This is an independent guide and discovery website. The projects we discuss are third-party browser experiments or fan-made recreations. The original Call of Duty, Black Ops and Zombies names and game materials belong to their respective owners. Availability, permitted embedding and functionality can change independently of anything written here.

Frequently asked questions

+Can I play Black Ops without installing a separate launcher?

Some projects launch through a browser tab, although they may still download assets during the first session. Check the specific project's requirements and permission status rather than assuming every link works the same way.

+Is Black Ops Browser the same as Call of Duty Browser?

Not exactly. Black Ops is part of the broader Call of Duty franchise, and a Call of Duty browser search also turns up other fan projects and even unrelated server-browser questions. Compare the projects in the Call of Duty Browser directory before you pick one.

+Which browser game has Zombies?

The BO1 browser project focuses on round-based Zombies. Standalone Kino der Toten and Moon projects are separate builds, and the BO2-inspired FPS project should not be confused with Zombies mode.

+Can I use my phone?

Do not assume it works. The best-known BO1 project is reported as desktop-oriented, and individual remakes may behave differently. The mobile guide explains what to test and what cannot be fixed by changing a browser setting.

+Why does the game menu load but the map not start?

An embedded page can display a menu and still fail afterwards because of browser features, isolated memory, graphics or permissions. Start with the Not Loading guide and record the full error message before changing anything.
